Privacy Policy
This policy covers personal data we collect through this website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
What we collect
Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form we collect the name, email or phone number, area and any message you provide, along with an optional campaign tag (utm_content) so we know which leaflet or link brought you to us.
Website analytics. We use two cookieless measurements, both used only to understand which pages and leaflets are working: Vercel Web Analytics (aggregate page views, referrers, campaign tags and coarse device and country categories, plus anonymous conversion events such as an enquiry being sent or a phone number being tapped) and our own first-party count of page views (the page path and any campaign tag). Neither sets cookies, stores IP addresses or device identifiers, or tracks you across other websites — so no consent banner is required.
When you become a client. If you engage us, the personal data needed to deliver your services is transferred to and processed by Network Bridge Solutions Ltd under a separate service agreement, which then governs that data.
Why we process it & legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry and arranging a consultation — steps towards a contract and our legitimate interest.
- Understanding website and campaign performance via cookieless counts — our legitimate interest.
- Meeting legal and regulatory obligations.
Call recording
When you telephone us, your call is recorded, and may be transcribed. We do this to handle your enquiry accurately, keep a record of what was discussed, and improve our service. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and kept for 3 months, after which they are deleted automatically. We process them under our legitimate interests; you can object, ask what we hold, or request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@threshold.london.
